Some - but not all - do.
They have airbags for the suspension air ride, they have air bags for the cab air ride. As far as collision air bags, some have them.

Yes, the 1998 Ford-F150 truck did come with standardized dual air bags, though finding additional air bags to fit that model is difficult these days.
Semi trucks have air brakes, no hydraulics some very old trucks had air over hydraulic systems but they used no more pressure than any other system
Most air bags will not deploy at less than 10 miles per hour the other posibillity is that there was a fault in the air bag system.
The force that the air bags deploy isn't as great when the collision is less severe
no it does not. they didnt start putting air bags in trucks until 1995
not really. if you have efficient crumple zones and air bags, you will be safer. the crumple zones take away the force of the collision, and the air bags help you to not get whiplash or brain yourself against the dashboard.
so the air bag doesn't suffocate the person
Semi trucks often use compression brakes. When activated compression brakes open valves in the engine, slowing down the engine and bringing the truck to a stop. Non-semi trucks use disc brakes to stop. A common type of brake system used in big trucks is the air operated "S" cam.
Are you sure it never was in a collision? My car fax on my aerio was clear yet my air bags were missing. Thanks Drive Time the goto guys for ripping people off....
