Someone who knows how to drive a truck and is legally licensed to drive a truck has to train you, so that you can drive a truck (but you do also have to get a license).

the truck has to be in 4 wheel drive before u unlock the hubs
To disengage your truck from four-wheel drive, locate the transfer case lever or switch, usually found on the center console or dashboard. Shift it from the "4WD" position to "2WD" while your vehicle is in neutral or, in some cases, while driving at low speeds. If your truck has an automatic system, simply turning the switch to the "2WD" setting should suffice. Always consult your owner's manual for specific instructions related to your vehicle model.
