Other than an actual GM shop manual.....I don't think anyone has an exact diagram of how it goes together. I will tell you this....it's not a simple job. You have to unhook the hoses running to it.....which you have to do in the engine compartment. The heater core is located right in the middle under the dash. You have to take out several small screws to take all the plastic air routing and the heater core cover itself off. You may need to take the console out for room. Once all the screws are out you pop the plastic cover off. You'll see the heater core. Remove two screws that hold the heater core straps and remove it. Reverse the procedure to install.
No it will not

very carefully
comes out inside . remove glovebox and go in that way . about one hour .
You may want to check your model year. There is no such thing as a 1990 Durango.
You pretty much have to remove the entire heater box under the dash on the passenger side
Drain the water from your 1990 Chevy Corsica cooling system. Remove the heater core water supply hoses. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
I've been trying to figure out the same thing.
Take out the whole dash and then the heater core should be behind the glove box on the passenger side.
sell the car
It is a drain tube for the pan housing the heater core. If the heater core leaks it will go out that pipe instead of inside your car.
Are the front driving components(A-arms)from a 1993 Cavalier compatable with a 1990 Cavalier?
