i once had this problem and my car wasnt completely in park...yea felt pretty stupid.
That depends on wiether they have the same nuetral/park pump switch. There are two different kinds of pump switches, on is a combined nuetral/park pump switch and the other is a separate nuetral/park pump switch. You can tell the difference by the wiring harness. the combined has two plugins were the separte has three.
Engine idling in park. Check level on stick.
Pull the dipstick with the engine idling in park on level ground.
the ignition lock cylinder is bad

if no hot air is coming out in park or stopped but little is when goin but faster you go harder it comes out its the blower motor
Ignition switches of that era had problems . Make sure gear selector is hard in Park and try again. If necessary spray a lubricant in the ignition keyhole.
Try putting the shifter in neutral and try it. If not pull the shifter in to park, but pull it into park and turn key.
