Dodge grand caravan will not start?

There can be a number of things wrong, the question is way to vague. If you are hearing a clicking when cranking but the engine doesn't turn then you might have a bad starter. If you don't hear it at all it could be the battery. Even sometimes when you do hear it it may still be the battery. It may be producing an undercharge. The alternator may be bad. You could have a bad fuse going to the fuel pump, it could be injectors. The question has to be more specific.

The battery is good, when the car does not start there is no sound, ie selonoid clicking ect. both times recently it was either raining or very damp out. Let some sun sshine on it and it started fine.
