The window fuse for a 2005 Chevy Cobalt is located in the fuse box, which is typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access the fuse box, you'll need to remove the cover, and the specific fuse for the power windows is usually labeled in the diagram on the inside of the cover. If you're troubleshooting, it's a good idea to check that fuse to ensure it's not blown.
