A 2002 Chevy Impala does not come with an RCA jack. A jack can be added to the radio via an adapter.
This particular model has one RCA jack, situated on the rear of the model.
It sounds like you already have an aux jack in the back of your radio. If that is the case and it has rca inputs than all you need is an RCA to standard 3.5mm headphone jack (run it behind the dash and out the bottom or a vent) which you can plug into the sirius or iPod output. If by chance the aux jack in the back of the head unit is a CD changer input than I am sure (because I have one) they make a converter which will convert the CD changer input into an rca input.

Factory radios do not have RCA jacks on them. Only after market radios have them for hooking up external amps.
Yes. RCA is just Signal+Ground carried separately for Left and Right - stereo jacks carry them both on the same connector, with common Ground between them. Do keep in mind which connector you wish to use on the jack end -- RCA connectors are always male-to-male, but jack cables are of the male-to-female persuasion.
PC audio outputs use a 1/8" jack (3.5mm jack). Most audio connectors in domestic equipment use RCA jacks (known as phono connectors in Europe). 1/8" jack to RCA cables are commonly available from most electronics stores. The cable will have two RCA connectors at one end and one 1/8" jack at the other.
