open up your glove compartment and towards the back there should be a box module its the 5 numbers on it!!
Call the ford dealer and get it
Current door lock code is stored in the computer. Dealer can read it / they charge about 1/2 hr ($40.00 )
just go to the dealer they have all the codes for your keys no need to remove the lock
If you are the original purchaser of the truck, you can go to the dealer to get the codes, which should still be on file. If you are not the original owner, you may still try at the dealer but more likely will need a locksmith to get the lock code.
You can go to your local dealer, they will print out the schematic for you.
Normally, the cause is a faulty power door lock actuator. This can be repaired at the dealer, or you can purchase the part and install yourself.

you can lock the driver side door on my 2001 ford explorer sport but it wont unlock with key nor key pad you have to go through passanger door
This spring broke inside the driver's door keyless entry pad door lock on my 2001 Ford Explorer Sport. Where do you connect this spring on the door lock?
I am not positive but I believe there is a recall on the door locks check with your dealer
