I have the same problem with my 06 Liberty. I think it has something to do with the trailer towing package as the problem did not occur until I noticed the lights stop working completely on my trailer.
Behind the front drivers side bumper reinforcment bar.
I've had this problem recently. You need to replace your daytime running lights module. it should be located on the drivers side of the car in just in front of the front tire (it is where it is on the '92)
Running Lights or Vanity Lights.
In the engine compartment on the drivers side near the front is a covered power junction box. The relay is white and usually missing on USA cars.
The running lights on a 2007 Cadillac STS function as daytime running lights (DRLs) to enhance visibility while driving during daylight hours. They automatically activate when the vehicle is in gear and the headlights are off, illuminating the front lights at a reduced intensity. This feature helps to make the vehicle more noticeable to other drivers, improving safety. The system can typically be controlled through the vehicle's headlight switch settings.
No, The running/parking lights go the light switch, the horn is on it's own curcuit thru the fuse panel.
was changing number plate bulb when the side lights on the drivers side front and back don't work brake lights indicators fog all work main beam at front works just no side lights
What are front rear running lights? If you look under the hood on the left side of the engine compartment there is a big long black box with all of your fuses and relays.
1st move the light switch to the desired position. 2nd PULL the switch gentle towards you. There are two positions for this switch. The first position or click, will turn on your front running lights. The second position or click will turn on both your front running lights and additional lights in the rear. You will be able to tell that you have activated them by the icons on your dash that will inform you they are on. To turn off simply push the switch back in. (Actually, those are the FOG lights, front and rear.)
If all the running lights (front & back) are not working I'd start by checking the fuses then onto the headlight switch
White or yellow lights in front of a car are used to illuminate the road ahead for better visibility, while red lights at the back are used to signal other drivers that the vehicle is braking or stopping. This color differentiation helps drivers identify the direction in which a vehicle is traveling, reducing the risk of accidents.
You probably have a rusted or disconnected ground wire to the running lights and side markers.
