Get a used door handle with lock and key from a junk yard aprox $ 20 used. Take your caravan to any licensed mechanic have them drill the old one out and replace it. Mechanic will take inside panel off and make sure all wires and lights are connected to the other mechanisms and youll be able to unlock door using power lock and remote i paid $60 in labor cost. Due to my own experiece i wouldn't recommend doing this type of a delicate job yourself it can be a pain in the but.
