To change the rear turn signal in a 2006 Ford Expedition, first, open the rear tailgate and locate the taillight assembly. Remove the screws or clips holding the assembly in place, then pull the assembly out gently. Twist the socket counterclockwise to remove it, then pull the old bulb straight out and replace it with a new one. Reinsert the socket, secure the taillight assembly back in place, and test the turn signal to ensure it works.
