I will generally crack all 4 bleeder screws , depress the brake 3 or 4 times half way to the floor. Go for a 15 minute break. Tighten the bleeder screws and check for a soft pedal. If it is, pump the pedal a few times, crack the bleeder screw to allow air to escape, repeat if required. start at farthest work your way to the front. Hope this helps.
Sounds like the brake system needs bleeding. There may be air in the brake lines the brakes have been blead by a ford dealer twice
