Take out rear seat, top and bottom. The module is mounted to the backside of the metal that the top of the rear seat covered, on the passenger side about in the middle. There is a bolt holding a ground wire right there also. Need to remove the ground wire and then remove the single bolt holding the fuel pump control module. Then it can be worked out from behind the metal plate.

The module is located in the trunk behind the passanger side rear seat. It is a 3 inch black box bolted to the shell frame.
Have you tried the relay or the fuel pump itself? Not sure where the relay is located
