The power windows are not run with a fuse. They use a circuit breaker. It should still be in the fuse box but will be much larger and look different than the typical fuse. It may be labled "pwr accsy".....or something like that.

The fuse panel is underneath the glove box. Open the glove box door and lift out the inside tray.
Its in the fuse box that is located in the panel under the steering wheel... there will be a panel that needs to be poped off, and on the panel it will have a sticker that shows what fuse is what and what amp the fuse needs to be.

On a 96, there is a fuse panel on the right side of the dash, against the right door.

Fuse panel is by the driver's side kick panel. To the left and below the steering wheel. Should be a 10A blade fuse marked as RADIO.
