because it's common for the metal gas line to rupture from rot IN FRONT OF THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE, where the gas line bends. In the center of this bend you'll most likely find the leaking gas. It may leak only when the car is running and shortly after. Replace the metal fuel line with rubber fuel line from fuel pump to gas tank and fuel filter while you're at it.
If it's fuel injected it's in the gas tank and if it's carburated it's on the engine.

If more than 1 gas filter were are they located on the 91 Cutlass Oldsmobile?
Most likely either a bad float in the fuel tank or defective gauge
