check where the instrument panel connects to the dash board there should b terminals in the bottom left corner.... check that
the flasher relay is under the driver side dash on the right side of the steering collum. on the left is the brake relay and another one

The RSC sensor is located on the steering collum, Under the dash by the Optic Wheel.
disconnevt the steering collum from uder the dash 2 bolts, and a couple of bolts from around the collum in the firewall, take the bolt out of the shaft under the hood out you should be able to take the steering collum out now, unplug the wires from the collum and it should pull out Noe depending on the model there are 4 bolts either under the dash or under the hood take those loose 15MM and I have a 1988 blazer that had one on the right side next to the radio that was holing on up too I think its a 12 MM tale the clip off of the brake petal usually a snap ring now it should be able to remove it be carefull installation is reversal of abbove
there will be roughly 4 screws on the dash, 2 by the guage window and 2 by the radio/ heat controls. after removing pop out the dash. you will have to lower the steering collum, after the dash is off you have 4 screws holding the stereo in place.
In the Reatta it is located under the dash next to the steering collum. Silver box has "central power supply" printed on it.

If you mean changing from left to right or vice versa, you need to obtain the steering rack that is made for the vehicle in the left or right configuration you want. The dash will have to either completely removed and replaced or modified by a very good fabricator. It is not an easy, bolt on job. Everything--EVERYTHING has to be the complete opposite.
