have you checked your fuse? If it won't blow out the air it could be your blower motor.
You could have a problem with your thermostat in the car.
my heater doesn't work in my 04 Chevy impala. My coolant levels are correct, and this still does not correct the problem. Could it possibly be the coil in the dash. If not what could problem be?
look at the fuse panel or owners manuel it should tell you
could be head gasket problem. does your heater work? might need heater core , clogged up. do compression test. or bypass heater core and see if that works.
If the problem is that the air never gets warm, it's most likely a stuck-open thermostat. If not that, heater core may be plugged.

Could be a problem with the heater matrix. It was with ours in this situation. Yes, definitly the heater element broken - lot of work
If the heater is not working in a 1995 Camaro, there may be one of two issues. Either the heater core is bad or the heater fuse is blown.
Could be the switch or the resistor and or the fan itself , There was a recall on this but to late to get it now , All are easy fixes
