the latch assembly is froze, the lock is busted, and the electric motor trys to open it but it can't. how can i get it open and were can i buy/order a new latch assembly? i need my hatch because my dads paralized and the dealer wont fix it even though its a recall. they said it wasnt on my spasific vin number. any help? :/
