The misfire code will tell you by the last number which cylinder is misfiring. Exchange the coil pack with another and see if the code moves. You will need a simple code reader to do this.
A common one in #4 as it sometimes gets moisture from the hood when it is opened.
The second spark plug is misfiring. Could be the coil right above the spark plug.
