How do you start a car that doesnt want to start?
my car does not start it stalled once i started then stalled and started again drove home then it diddnt start at all.. fuel pump not priming either

Hi, The first thing I'd do is replace the wire, you probably can't get just the single wire so replace the set then try again. On the firewall there's this thing that all my books call the igniter, if the wires don't do it but I think they will, then go to a local auto recycler (junkyard that sells parts) and get the other part. Your 94 Tracker will start when tapping on the solenoid then it will start normally about 3 times before it needs whacked again is it the starter or solenoid that needs replaced was told solenoid?

my 91 van started running rough and then just stopped. After about 45 minutes it started up again. IT DID THIS TWICE IN THE COURSE OF A WEEK. two guys at NAPA told me this is the usual malfunction. Replaceing the ignition module is easy so do it yourself.just unscrew the dist. cap,remove the rotor, unscrew the module,switch the wiring to the new module.the new module is only about 45 dollars.
