I have been told by dealers there is a fuse in the fuse box labeled DTR, or DTRL. IF you remove this fuse it should disable that option. You may also try to ask the parts department at your local dealership, they are not really supposed to give an answer, but some may. This is a SAFETY feature, why would want to disable it?
No they did not come factory equipped with daytime running lights.
It's the head lights only.
The daytime running lights are the low beam lights run by a specific circuit. If they don't work then check your fuses and then the wiring harness for damage.
DRL - Daytime Running Lights
go to a Honda dealership and get them to program it for you :)
What make/model vehicle?What vehicle?Toyota Rav4 2002
In the fuse panel. The location can be found in the owner's manual.
Yes it does, but I'm working hard to remove this on my (Canadian edition) car
Pull the headlight switch out toward you. Fog lights will only engage when headlights (not just daytime running lights) are engaged.
where is the daytime running light relay located on a 2002 chevy cavalier
hit your dome light on/off switch 4 times...it says how to do that in your manual
Simplest solution is - locate the fuse that control the DRL circuit and pull it out.
