Piece of cake - 5 minutes. Lay on your back underneath the fog lamp - head towards rear of car. Electrical connection comes right off. Fog lamp assembly is attached by two bolts (10 mm) that go down through the lamp, and then into a clip (serving as the nut - probably has a name?) that slips over a hole on the bottom of the bumper. A 1/4 inch wrachet drive and a 10mm deep socket works very well.
