How do I change a headlight in a 2004 Jeep Wrangler?

Relatively easy, once you know what you're looking for. All you'll need is a screwdriver with a Torx10 head.

Step 1: Disconnect the headlight. This should be a 1-way socket that fits onto the 3-pronged back of the headlight itself

Step 2: remove the decorative ring held in by 3 torx screws.

Step 3: remove the headlight harness, held in place by 4 torx screws. These are a little difficult to get at, but manageable.

WHen you are re-installing the harness, be careful to align all 4 of the screw-slots

before tightening.
