How do I check 95 Monte Carlo cooling fans do not come on what do you need to check?
first you need to make sure both of your fans work by doing the following
step 1- unplug your collant temp sensor and start your car, if the fans run, then replace coolant temp sensor,
step 2- if the fans do not run check the relays that are located in the fuse box under the hood, their are 2 of them,
step 3- if relays are good and the fans are not coming on while the coolant temp sensor wire is unplugged and the car is running then you fan motor needs to be replaced
