go to the pass door and lock/unlock 2 or 3 times to deactivate the alarm switch in the door latch. If battery is weak/low it wont solve problem, must replace battery.also check for broken hood pin switch($5.00) as they are likely to be broken on a 94 veh. and when failed will cause security system to activate causing security light on dash and no start condition/lights flashing etc...pain in the @#%$%. On 1994 Jeep GC, disable the factory alarm by turning the key (lock/unlock) in the rear hatch. The alarm will then be turned 'Off".
