There are two "T" handles on the bottom front endge of the seat. Pull them they release the lever that hooks the seat in place. Then just lift up and out.
On mine one side was much easier than the other. The "T" is part of a plastic mechanism. ( This is for the full bench version NOT the split rear seat)
Push in on the bottom of the seat front and then lift.
Move seat fully forward, remove side trim, remove seat belt retaining bolt, remove seat tracks rear bolts, flip seat upwards, disconnect wiring, remove seat.....
Its under the rear back seat, you need to remove the bottom portion of the rear seat to get to it.
First you should move the seat completely forward. Then, remove the side trim, the bolt that holds the seat belt in place, and the rear bolts. Finally, lift seat, disconnect the wires and remove the seat from vehicle.
1. First, remove the rear seat. There are two black lanyards near the base of the bottom cusion, pull them out to unlatch the seat bottom. 2. Remove the rear seat back. There are two small nuts that hold it down, remove them. Remove the seat belt latches. 3. Remove the rear deck. It simply lifts out. 4. Undo the clips on the speaker housings, and gently pry up on the housings. There is a small amount of adhesive which may make you think they are permanently attached; they aren't. 5. You will need a Torx driver to remove the stock speakers from the housing. 6. Installation is the reverse.
You need to remove the 4 or 8 bolts that hold the track to the floor. Then you can remove the seat. But you must unclip the wires for the motor first before removing it so you do not damage them.
To remove the rear seat back on a 1964 Impala, first, locate the release mechanisms, which are typically found at the bottom of the seat back. Pull the release levers or push the pins to unlock the seat back. Then, tilt the seat back forward and lift it out of the brackets that hold it in place. Make sure to check for any additional fasteners or clips that may need to be removed before fully detaching the seat back.
Remove lower seat bottom. Remove two bolts from bottom of seat back. Lift seat back off of its hooks. Remove from car. Use Philips screwdriver to remove 4 screws holding speaker grille to seat back frame.
To remove the rear seat back from a 2006 Toyota Solara convertible, first, fold down the rear seat bottom if necessary to access the seat back bolts. Then, locate and remove the bolts or screws securing the rear seat back to the vehicle's frame, usually found at the bottom or sides. After the fasteners are removed, gently pull the seat back away from the vehicle to detach it. Be cautious of any wiring or clips that may be connected to the seat back.
The rear seat is not designed to be removed. You can remove the center seat and slide the rear seat forward.

Remove the screw behind the seat that goes into the top of the rear fender. Lift the rear of the seat and pull straight back, away from the fuel tank. If there is a passenger grab strap, you can pull the seat through the strap or remove the strap.
