There is two bolts underneith the radio down where the coin tray is they are UNDER there! there is one underneith the headlight switch and then you need to push the steering wheel all the way down and there is two tucked in there. its all a sold piece and takes time to take out, but take your time if you crack it your screwed. As far as a speedometer goes you can find one very very very cheap at a junk yard only thing is it will not save the miles you have ex: yours say is 90k it might say 30k so if/or you sell it you will HAVE to stat that you changed out the speedometer and you have to keep track how many miles are on the engine. If not its considered fraud and you can get in real real deep . lol any more questions just let me know. I'm rebuilding my engine in my 96 grand am gt and putting on a bolt on supercharger! :D
