What year are you talking about? Mine just started doing this (2007.) Since I'm doing my own changes, I'll have to figure this out too. However- I'm pretty sure it's covered in the glovebox vehicle manual.

I found three. One with the radio, one with the wipers, and one with the stop lamp relay.
They didn't, it's just no longer a standard option, it has to be requested at the dealership. Mopar also makes OEM half doors for after market murchases through Jeep
