He says that his Town car is indeed fuel injected but has a screw adjustment on which the idle arm rests, but the screw has a flat end on it -which means you cant use a screwdriver. He thinks that the dealership set the idle and then cut off the "flat head or philipls head" end so that only they can adjust it -and make money off him. ALSO, how would you adjust the in-flow of air (which would adjust the air-fuel ratio)? Thanks. - Oh, one more thing: Is this the right way to ask for clarification on an answer?"
