He says that his Town car is indeed fuel injected but has a screw adjustment on which the idle arm rests, but the screw has a flat end on it -which means you cant use a screwdriver. He thinks that the dealership set the idle and then cut off the "flat head or philipls head" end so that only they can adjust it -and make money off him.
