You can't bypass or reset security system, bring it to the dealer.
The security system was installed for a reason. There is no reason that it should be bypassed. This forum is not to answer questions that may be illegal or immoral.

To disable the security system in a 1999 Chevy Silverado, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position without starting the engine. Leave the key in this position for about 10 minutes until the security light turns off. Afterward, turn the key back to the "Off" position and then start the engine. If issues persist, you may need to consult the owner’s manual or a professional for further assistance.
You just don't!
To disable or bypass the security system on a 1999 Chevy Tahoe without a remote, you can try using the key in the driver's side door lock to unlock the door, which may disarm the system. Alternatively, you can disconnect the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it, which may reset the system. If these methods don't work, you might need to consult a professional locksmith or a mechanic for further assistance. Always ensure you have proper ownership documentation before attempting to bypass any security features.
I don't think you can bypass them.
Bypassing the immobilizer on a 1999 Toyota 4Runner can be complex and may involve tampering with the vehicle's security system, which is illegal in many jurisdictions. A common method involves accessing the immobilizer wiring and connecting specific wires to bypass the system, but this requires detailed knowledge of the vehicle's wiring and can lead to security vulnerabilities. It's recommended to consult a professional locksmith or an automotive technician who specializes in vehicle security systems for assistance.
While I am not aware of a way to bypass or circumvent the security system, resetting the system should fix the problem if it was somehow tripped. This can be done by diconnecting the battery (while either positive or negative side will work but I would recomment negative because of less sparks on disconnect) for a period of time (usually 10-12 seconds but I would leave it disconnected for a minute or two).
The factory alarm system can not be bypassed. It must be repaired if malfunctioning.
