you would have to pop it out on the inside of the block and then put some pst or somekind of waterproof sealent on the new plug and hit it in with a hammer from the outside of the block.

If your brake is leaking,Its easier to replace with rebuilt ones,then to change the piston and seal,. And you should change both
I doubt it very much as they change engine specs every year.

Remo0ve oil pan for access
Remove the belt from your 1999 Chevrolet Malibu alternator. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the alternator. Remove the alternator retaining nuts. Reverse the process to change to the new alternator.
You need to purchase a Haynes manual and it will give you detailed instructions.
It is in the main power distribution box under the hod.
