You have to remove the front headlight assembly for this.
There are 3 screws (which you'll need a socket and extension for)
Not sure of what size they are, but you can find that out pretty easily.
Pop the hood, and see where the assembly is attached to the truck.
remove the plastic pins holding the rubber sealing piece on. now remove the screws, and pull the headlight straight out. Its still somewhat held on by some guiding clips.
unscrew the bulb connections from the the headlight, replace bulb. Test the bulb before you put the headlight back in. Its a real pain to do the whole process over when you realize the bulb you replaced it with doesn't work either.
If you really have to ask this question, maybe you shouldn't be attempting it.
