Usually all you have to do is turn the part with the two wires coming out a quarter turn and pull it out through the back of the fog lamp housing. Then replace the bulb. It pulls out. Make sure that the new bulb is completely cleaned off and also no fingerprints on it. This will cause the bulb to burn out prematurely. Then just line in back up in the housing and push in and turn it a quarter turn and it should be back in.
