How do you change a headlight on a 1973 dodge charger?

grille part around the headlight has to come off and then you will see a chrome covered ring around the headlight, 3 screws hold the ring in place, loosen the screws and the chrome ring twists out of the screws allowing you access to the bulb, pull the bulb out and unplug the wires in back of the bulb, just reverse process to install the new headlight.
