Pull the dasboard cover plate, it's just a few screws and held into place by the piece that also covers the radio. After you've removed all of the screws, use a thin blade to carefully remove the bottom center section. It breaks easily. Once the cover is removed the switch connects from the back, lay the cover down forward a little and snap out the retainer clips. From there it's just a couple connectors.
