To change the fuel pump on a 1988 Chevy Corsica, first, relieve the fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and running the engine until it stalls. Then, disconnect the battery and drain the fuel tank. Remove the tank from the vehicle, unbolt the fuel pump assembly, and replace the old pump with a new one, ensuring all connections are secure. Finally, reassemble everything, reconnect the battery, and refill the tank before starting the engine.

You must drop the fuel tank in order to replace the fuel pump.
You must remove the fuel tank in order to access the pump. Once you have the tank out, it is just a matter of removing the pump and installing the new one.
Lay under the fuel tank and look forward of it. It can be done on the ground. Very easy.
where would i locate the fuse for the fuel pump on a 1995 Chevy corsica

Inside the fuel tank.
Yes.
Change spark plugs, wires, fuel and air filters, and PCV valve.
nope
Possible starving for fuel. Replace the fuel filter first, then move on from there. Another possibilty, the coolant temp sensor is faulty.
