Take the 2 screws out on the sides of the housing,then lift it up,disconnect the wiring from underneath...then remove the 2 srews from under the top ...separate the parts to access and change the bulb....reinstall in reverse order....

In the fuse block, under the lefthand end of instrument panel, beneath a plastic panel fastened with two screws. This fuse is shared by the hazard system - check first if the hazard lights work, if they do the fuse is ok and the fault elsewhere (brake light switch possibly).
They are commonly referred to as filler panels.

There are several torx head screws around the rim of the lens. If it just one of the bulbs that needs changed and the screw heads are stripped, you can get to the bulbs by reaching under the tail fin and into the back of the light.
