You will have to twist the clamp. Try to expand it with a screwdriver in the little slot. Next remove the red (positive) cable the same way. Loosen the air cleaner box using a 10 MM socket and a flat screw driver on the flex hose clamp and move it rearward to allow you to loosen the battery hold down bolt in the back of the battery. Ford did not lubricate this and it will likely break. If it does you will have to drill it out, but use some WD-40 or other solvent and let it soak first and maybe you can avoid that. Installation is just reversing what you did to get it out.
