get a O2 sensor socket and do it just like a spark plug. Make sure the engine is at normal operating temperature though, if not you might damage the manifold.
Sadly, its not too easy. With my 97 SS, i have dual cats so i have 4 O2's total. Im not sure about your 95, but when you get to it, be sure to have a LOT of extensions (access is really tight) and have a few breaker bars/pipes to turn the rachet.
The 1996 Chevy Camaro with a 3.8 V6 engine typically has two oxygen sensors: one located before the catalytic converter (upstream) and another after the catalytic converter (downstream). These sensors monitor the level of oxygen in the exhaust gases to help optimize fuel efficiency and emissions.
Exhaust system.
It has 2 of them.
The 1991 Z28 Camaro is equipped with several sensors that monitor various engine and vehicle functions. Key sensors include the throttle position sensor, mass airflow sensor, oxygen sensors, and crankshaft position sensor, among others. In total, there are around 8 to 10 primary sensors related to engine management and performance. Additionally, there may be other sensors for systems like ABS and airbags, depending on the vehicle's options.
where are the oxygen sensors on a 2000 Pontiac grand am and how do you change them?
no just the precat as the latter does not really change or affect how the engine runs
The 2002 Pathfinder oxygen sensors are critical part of the engine management system. You can find the oxygen sensors in the exhaust system.
where are the oxygen sensors on a 2004 ford escape with a 3.0 engine
The oxygen sensors are screwed into the exhaust pipe behind the engine.
A 2007 Durango has four oxygen sensors.
oxygen sensors are located just forward of your engine. In front of the engine is the catalytic converter. At the top at the bottom are your oxygen sensors.
There are two oxygen sensors screwed into the exhaust on the rear of the engine.
