First of all replace one at a time so you don't get the wires mixed up. Take the plug wire off with a twisting motion DO NOT yank it off. Then using a spark plug socket remove the old plug. Put anti sieze onto the threads of the new plug and start to tighten it BY HAND. Using the socket to start it can cross thread it and you would have to have the thread redone. One you have it started tighten it with the socket until it is snug. Put dielectric grease in the end of the plug wire and place it back on the plug. Repeat this on the other 7 plugs.
