first buy your appropriate spark plugs. (make sure you gap them correctly)

then you'd need a long socket 5/8'' and a ratchet

some anti seize compound.

first take off the intake by unscrewing the little thing that goes around the throttle body, now you have access to the other set of spark plugs

take off the plug boots by pulling em off

now all you do is take off each spark plug, and replace em with the new ones (this will take a little maneuvering and might result in some cuts, wear gloves if you have em). It's hard to get all the way in there but i assure you it is possible.

put anti sieze on before you screw the new spark plugs in and put some silicone compound on the part of the spark plug that will eventually make contact with the spark plug boot.

there ya go, hope it helps
