ok, first you have to take the housing off. Gain access to the housing by unscrewing the two screws on the pannnels to either side of the housing. (one is under the stering wheel the other pannel is right in front of passenger) Next remove the front console by opening the console door and pushing the little rubber piece out of the way to remove the door.
There are four bolts to remove. These are a different color than the other bolts you have. they are the long ones. Once you pull off the console you should see the front two latches, oopen them and the latches up top.
VOILA.. volaa..vo. ok good for you - now the fun part is over except.. you need to take the front left tire off... i am not kidding just do it. The unreachable spark plug is now in reach.. you just have to go up under wheel well. (It would help if you had the powers of plastic man too) ... good luck with the rest of the job
