I hope you have a garage to do this in, because this is not like the older cars with easy access. These water pumps in the newer Dodges are driven off the timing chain, which means that just about every pulley, belt and part the blocks the timing chain cover has to be removed just to get it out of the way. Then you have to remove the timing chain cover just to get to the water pump.

If the engine is front mounted (I've never seen under the hood of a 2002) and your hands can't fit to access the bolts to turn them/parts to remove them, you might even want to carefully (airbag sensor wire if there is one [look first]) remove the front end (bumper, headlights, grill, crossmember) for more easy access.
