According to the 2003 Lincoln Aviator Owner Guide , the 4.6 liter V8 takes ( 6 quarts ) with engine oil filter change
I was looking at the 2004 Lincoln Aviator Owner Guide and it does not show anything about it having a cabin air filter

The aviator does not come with a cabin filter. It uses an air exchange system instead although many places show a filter for this model it does not have one you would be wasting your money
Mounted on the engine block. Crawl under the car and look around. It is there. If you cannot find it, then you are not qualified to change you own oil. Take it to a professional.
The amount of time you run the air conditioner depends on how often you should change the filter. Generally you should change the filter at least once every 5-6 months of use.
