first open trunk. lol then look at the back of car inside of trunk & youll see carpet that goes to latch area of car. it is mostly held down by tar seal, or plastic buttons. if no buttons, its just held by tar stuff! pull away from back of trunk gently. youl see about 8 - 10 plastic screw nuts. remove them and the light section comes off! the whole back of car light assembly. find burned out bulb & replace. the light bulb part has to be pressesd & turned to remove. make sure that you use the same style light too! some are turn/stop some are 1 function.
