On my 97 E250 I change the digital clock by pushing and holding the clock button in, then change the hour up or down with the search arrows on radio, and the minutes with the scan arrows .
To set the clock on a 2003 Ford Focus, turn the ignition to the "On" position without starting the engine. Press and hold the "Clock" or "H" button until the hour display begins to blink, then use the "H" button to adjust the hour. Press the "M" button to switch to minutes, and adjust using the "M" button as well. Once set, press the "Clock" button again to save the time.

Press and hold clock button as your press seek arrow buttons for hour change. For minutes press and hold clock button as your press tune disc button.

Kick it or change the buttons in the back of the clock usually if you sit on it for an hour it will reset
