Pull the plug and use a suction tool to suck the fluid out. Then use the suction tool in reverse to refill.

You will have to remove the transmission pan that is on the bottom of the transmission to drain the fluid.
On the upper right (passenger for a left hand drive vehicle) side of the differential, there's a plug. IIRC, you need a 3/8" drive ratchet to remove it. That's where you add your diff fluid.
