Front Turn Signal, Sidemarker and
Parking Lamps
To replace the front turn signal, sidemarker and/or
parking lamp bulb(s):
1. Use a small tool to unlatch the outboard clip on
the lamp.
2. Pull the lamp forward to completely unlatch the clip.
Move the lamp to the outboard side to loosen
the tabs.
3. Remove the lamp from the grille.
4. Squeeze the tab on the side of the bulb socket
while turning it counterclockwise.
5. Remove the bulb socket from the back of the lamp
assembly.
6. Replace the bulb.
7. Turn the bulb socket clockwise to reinstall it in the
lamp assembly.

Remove the headlight assemblies and you will have access to the signal bulbs. See sources and related links below for bulb information.
Remove the light assy and turn the bulbs counterclockwise.

For the front turn signal on a Chevy S-10 you remove the parking lamp lenses and replace the bulbs. If it is a rear turn signal bulb the taillight lenses will have to be removed to access the bulb.
Did you change the bulb in the rear? Yes. The hazzard lights use the same bulbs in the rear as the turn signals. They work with the hazzards on but not with the turn signal.
use an L key to remove the screws and the rest is easy. i had this problem also until i saw a mechanic do it.
The turn signal bulbs on a 1999 Acura TL are reach through the engine compartment of the car. Find them on the side quarter panels and remove the bulbs from the clips. Replace the bulbs.

To change the dash lights on a 2002 Chevy Express, first, disconnect the negative battery cable to ensure safety. Next, remove the instrument cluster by unscrewing the screws that hold it in place and carefully pulling it out. Once the cluster is removed, locate the burnt-out bulbs, twist them counterclockwise to remove, and replace them with new bulbs. Finally, reassemble the cluster, reconnect the battery, and check that the new lights are functioning.
Remove the two screws that hold the lens on, remove the lens and change the bulbs.
First check the fuse, then the bulbs, then the flasher relay, then the signal switch.
