Make sure that it is not the tire that is causing the noise- bearings last a ridiculously long time. And then- You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.

Wheel bearings do go bad on these cars. They need to be pressed in and out. If you don't have the tool, you might be able to rent it from store. You also will need an acetylene torch b/c the suspension parts tend to rust together and form a very strong bond. First remove the hub nut with a 32 mm socket. Then remove the tires. After removing brake caliper and rotor, you need to get the hub assembly out by removing ball joint and swinging it to get clearance to pull out from cv joint. A made in china press might work, but you would be better off having something thicker and stronger metal to try and push it out, b/c it will be a tight fit.
