I have a '95 with a 6 cyl. On mine I had to get a special "tool". I picked it up at Auto Zone. It was a set of disk type devices. I have no idea what they are called. The fellow at the counter helped me out. They slip over the fuel line and slip into the end of the coupling of the fuel filter to disengage it. Worked like a champ and they were inexpensive to.
by taking it to someone smarter than you. you should not even be allowed to drive if you cant change an air filter.

Where is the gas filter located on a 1995 F150XL pickup with duel gas tanks?
Yes, Ford made a 402040 bench seat for the 1995 Ford F150 XL model with the in line 6 engine.
Remove transmission oil pan for access to filter Change fluid, filter, and gasket
you may have too much vaccum in the lines
Yes it will, I have used them on my 1995 F150 for years
I don't know if the 1995 is the same as the ( 1996 ) Ford F-150 but the 4.9 liter straight six takes ( 6 quarts with engine oil filter change )
Most oxygen sensors are in the exhaust pipe....between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter.
6 with a filter change.
6 quarts ( 5.7 liters ) with filter change
